How to make "kimchi fried rice"
  1. Add garlic, pork, and kimchi to well oiled pan
  2. Add rice after step one is 80% cooked
  3. Add kimchi juice and sesame oil
  4. Fry an egg in separate pan
  5. Serve rice with egg and chopped scallion
